What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
The Collector's Review (“we”, “us”) publishes a magazine and a newsletter, The Carnet List, at collectorsreview.com. For any privacy question, write to hello@collectorsreview.com.
What we collect
The newsletter: when you subscribe, we store the email address you give us, and basic delivery data from our email provider (whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked). We use this only to send and improve the newsletter.
Inquiries: when you write to us through a form, we receive the details you submit so we can reply. We do not use them for anything else.
Analytics: if analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting measure of page views without cookies or cross-site tracking. It is off by default and never used to identify you.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles. We use the data you give us for the purpose you gave it, and no more.
Your choices
Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe, and it works on the first try. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@collectorsreview.com.
Providers
We rely on a newsletter provider and a hosting provider to run the site and send email. Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms. The specific providers will be named here once confirmed.
